The East St. Louis Community College Center is located on the East St. Louis Higher Education Campus in East St. Louis assessable to by several major highways as shown below.

Directions from Missouri:

1. Take Highway 64 East
2. Cross the Popular Street Bridge
3. Get off at Fourth Street Exit
4. ¼ mile make right onto East St. Louis Higher Education Campus

Directions from Illinois:

1. Take Highway 64 West
2. Get off at Third Street Exit
3. Go 2 blocks straight to Broadway
4. Make left onto Broadway
5. Go down 5 blocks to 8 th Street
6. Make right, go 2 blocks to Converse
7. Make right onto East St. Louis Higher Education Campus
