What is SICCM?
Southern Illinois Collegiate Common Market (SICCM) is a not-for-profit group of four community colleges and two universities who work together under the direction of the Illinois Community College Board to provide classes and services.

How do I learn what classes are available at ESLCCC?  How will I know what classes to enroll in?
The East St. Louis Community College Center (ESLCCC) schedule has a listing of classes that are available for each semester through Southwestern Illinois College (SWIC), Shawnee Community College (SCC) and Kaskaskia College (KC).  New students should meet with counselors for advising and for assistance in selecting classes.

SOUTHWESTERN ILLINOIS COLLEGE (SWIC) COUNSELORS SCHEDULE

How do I enroll in classes at ESLCCC?
Returning students may enroll in person at ESLCCC.  New students should meet with an ESLCCC or SWIC representative prior to beginning the enrollment process

How much is Tuition?
Tuition varies by college.

Southwestern Illinois College tuition is $52.00 per credit hour.  There are additional costs for fees, books and supplies which may be required for each course.  Financial Aid is available for students who meet the requirements.  Call 1-800-222-5131, ext. 5288 (Main Campus) or (618) 874-6593 (ESLCCC Campus) for more information or financial assistance.

Shawnee Community College tuition is $65.00 per credit hour.  Textbooks require additional fees.  Financial Aid is available for those who meet the requirements.  Call 1-800-481-2242 or more information.

Kaskaskia College tuition is $43.00 per credit hour.  Additional expenses  include textbooks, student fees and supplies.  Financial Aid is available for those who meet the requirements.  Call 1-800-642-0859 for more information.

Who should I contact in order to get a copy of my State Community  College(SCC) or Metropolitan Community College (MCC) transcripts?
Former students of District #541 (State Community College and Metropolitan Community College) may request, in writing transcripts of prior course work for a $5 fee.
