What is SICCM?
Southern Illinois Collegiate Common Market (SICCM)
is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit corporation organized in 1973.  The consortium is governed by a Board of Directors composed of presidents and chancellors of participating institutions and is staffed by twelve professional and two operational employees. 
SICCM was organized to provide a means of sharing human and material resources in higher education to fast-growing institutions within the consortium.  The members of the organization are John A. Logan College at Carterville, Kaskaskia College at Centralia, Rend Lake College at Ina, Shawnee Community College at Ullin, Southeastern Illinois College at Harrisburg, Southern Illinois University Carbondale, and Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.

How do I enroll in classes at ESLCCC? How will I know what classes to enroll?

New students are encouraged to meet with an East St. Louis Community College Center  (ESLCCC)  or Southwestern Illinois College (SWIC) representative prior to beginning the enrollment process.

Returning students may enroll in person at ESLCCC representative.

How do I learn what classes are available at ESLCCC?  How will I know what classes to enroll in?
The East St. Louis Community College Center (ESLCCC) schedule has a listing of classes that are available for each semester through Southwestern Illinois College (SWIC), Shawnee Community College (SCC) and Kaskaskia College (KC).  New students should meet with counselors for advising and for assistance in selecting classes.

When will counseling be available?
Counseling will be available at the times stated below:

Who should I contact in order to get a copy of my State Community  College(SCC) or Metropolitan Community College (MCC) transcripts?
Former students of District #541 (State Community College and Metropolitan Community College) may request, in writing transcripts of prior course work for a $5 fee. Please include the Transcript Request Form with your request.

Note: The transcript request form is a PDF file and can be read by Adobe Reader.
